Carissa Borst

Veterinary Assistant

As a child Carissa had a deep care for animals.  When she was 16, she assisted a lady who rescued cats.  Then worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for four years.  She loved working hands on with pets but wanted to play a larger role in the quality of their lives.  She began working as a receptionist in a veterinary clinic in 2022 and now works at Carroll Veterinary Clinic as a patient care coordinator.  In this role she is able to equally work with pets as well as their owners.
