New Clients

New Clients

Whether you’re looking for a new veterinarian or are seeking a second opinion on a medical problem for your pet, the staff and veterinarians at Carroll Veterinary Clinic welcome your visit and we look forward to meeting you and your pet.

We try to make your visits to our offices as pleasant as possible. This takes a little extra time, but it’s time well spent. We take the extra time to listen to you closely before ever touching your pet. This gives your pet the opportunity to relax and get used to the sights, sounds, and smells of the environment before we begin our examination. It’s rewarding for both our staff and our clients to see the pets relaxed and comfortable during their visits.

We require all patients visiting us for the first time to complete our new client form. For your convenience, you can download, print, complete, and bring this form with you to your appointment.

Referrals

If a friend, relative, or another veterinarian has referred you to our practices for a second opinion, you can count on us to work closely with you to resolve your pet’s medical issue. We’ll ask about your pet’s previous treatments so we don’t waste time or money repeating methods that have already been tried. Our veterinarians are well known for their extensive experience with a wide range of illnesses, conditions, and accidents. We are equally well known for our commitment to customizing solutions that meet the needs of both you and your pet. We understand that many pet owners travel significant distances to visit us for a second opinion, and we will do everything possible to create a solution that works for your pet and your family.

Scheduling Your Appointment

We recommend you contact either of our practices to schedule an appointment for your pet’s visit so that you can minimize your wait time at our offices.

Medical Records

If your pet has been a previous patient at another veterinary practice, we will gladly call the practice on your behalf to obtain your pet’s medical records. Simply let our staff know about your previous veterinarian when you call to make your appointment.
