"I am so grateful to have found the CVC!! Rascal the cat insists on some freedom which led to an ear infection from an injury. The CVC was able to get me in the day of for the much needed antibiotic as well as an unexpected follow-up. Rascal was in distress scratching his ear so much he needed more care. I was so glad the clinic had afternoon hours on Sat and again the help we needed was given! From the first contact with the staff up front their patience on the call, getting the appt, the Techs, Dr. McKenzie and Dr. Adams all were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Running this clinic efficiently means they could see my cat and other animals in need when something unexpected arises not a week later. That is huge and unheard of these days in my experience. I only wish I had known 3 years ago when Rascal adopted me about the CVC.It's a relief to know I have found a place for critter care.With gratitude!"
